buy cigarettes
Therefore it is not unreasonable for a person to start smoking. It’s like driving a car; people die in car accidents every day, but the odds are that you will not die in one. But does that mean smoking isnot un-healthy? Of course not. Cars themselves do not cause accidents; people driving the cars cause the accidents. This is the same as smoking. The people smoking the cigarettes cause the cancer, just based on the simple fact that cigarettes must be lit and smoke in order to realease its deadly fumes and toxins. Those who become addicted to smoking and acquire no illnesses are the lucky ones. Also, many people feel that cigarettes companies target teenagers with manipulative advertising, portraying smokers as cool, healthy looking people. Teenagers are easily manipulatable and impressionable, so they could easily fall for the tobacco companies "tricks". Yet the fact remains; smoking kills. It kills people who smoke and people who don’t smoke. A victim of second-hand smoke could potentially sue a smoker for murder, because the cigarettes slowly killed the non-smoker. Therefore, the question remains: Should legislation exist that limits smokers rights? Smokers harm the environment by causing ETS and kill people who do not smoke. However, smokers are people too and should not, under these circumstances, have their civil rights violated. Smokers obviously do not want to harm the environment and other people because they smoke for personal reasons. Still, the question remains; should laws be written that limits smokers’ rights? This website will present both sides of the story, providing links to websites for each side and articles relating to the topic at hand.
